SC Courtesy Visit

TMAP has yet again shown its productive courtesy visit to the Honorable Supreme Court with none other than the Chief Justice, Hon. Alexander G. Gesmundo and Senior Associate Justice Hon. Marvic M.V.F. Leonen. The visit discussed about the suggestion of the association regarding certain matters which will improve the filers of cases, whether defense or otherwise, in the Philippines Justice System. An example of this is the suggestion of lowering or rationalizing the filing or docket fees to the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA). The visit was ended with an appreciation of the association for the openness of the Honorable Court on these suggestions for the betterment of our beloved country and the Filipino people.
