All members of TMAP shall enjoy the following benefits and privileges upon taking the Oath of Membership:

1. Professional Development

• Members are kept abreast with the recent development in taxation and related fields through TMAP bulletins

  which are issued on a quarterly basis and reports of the Legislative Committee Chairman on a monthly basis.

• Members have access to position papers prepared by TMAP on current tax issues through electronic mail.

• Members are apprised on latest laws, BIR regulations/rulings as well as DOF and DOJ issuances through

seminars conducted by TMAP.

2. Networking

• Members can consult their peers particularly those involved in joint BIR-TMAP activities relating to drafting of tax

regulations or issuance of comments thereon.

• Members gain friends through TMAP’s monthly lunch meetings, summer outing and Christmas Party.

3. Taxation from a National and Global Viewpoint

• Members get to know tax practitioners in the Philippines and from other countries and are given the opportunity to

  attend conferences in other countries in view of TMAP’s affiliation with, among others, the following organizations: (i)

  National Revenue Accreditation Board; (ii) Asia-Oceania Tax Consultants’ Association; (iii) Integrated Bar of the

  Philippines; (iv) Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
